I love Caladiums, Colocasias, Alocasias, Arum and Zantedeschia because they are beautiful, have fascinating leaves, are very easy to grow, and grazers generally leave them alone. It is great to have a set of ‘go to’ plants for summer that are so easy and carefree. Though most of these are tender perennials and must come in by late autumn, a few are hardy here and can be planted out and then expected to thrive year to year.
